Five (5) women representing private sector and youth;
Six (6) men representing public servants, farmers and small buisness development.

A thirteen (13) member staff which includes Programme and Aministrative Staff and the Secretary General being Judy Williams.

Provision of Annual/Narrative and audited financial reports are circulated to partners/collaborators.
